@niebuhr2020 explains that any attempt to fully define the concept of leadership has failed… and we’re still nowhere near an all-compassing description of what it is and which characteristics turn a person into a (good?) leader.
While this vagueness is difficult to work with in a research context, it serves a purpose in the real world – covering the diversity and complexity of life. Language has to be malleable and stretchable to account for our ever-changing and growing society.
