A common misconception in people who say their “free speech” is being impeded on is that they think someone can’t tell them that their opinion is… well, shit.
They might even say “Why should I have to feel bad about that?“. And the answer is… you don’t. If you feel bad that means your own subconscious is telling you that something seems off.
No one can force you to feel bad. They literally can’t put that feeling inside you. If you feel it, it was there all along.
