• Don’t compare yourself to your own past self or to the person you want to be.
  • Figure out how long you can focus, even if it’s just 5 minutes, start with 5 minute sessions.
  • Planning tasks should be dump + “do I have to do this?” → “do I need to finish it right now?”
  • It’s okay to to ask for extensions!
  • Create a non-overwhelming environment in places you spent the most time → your laptop!
  • If you’re in a negative cycle, break out of the situation! Go to another room, go outside and take a walk!
  • Tell yourself what you sense and what your reactions are. Become present and regain your self-awareness.
  • You don’t have to do everything right now.
    • Doing something is better than not doing anything.
  • Truly rest. Listen to music. Distract yourself from overthinking.
  • Find a reset routine. Don’t depend on others being there for you.
