      • Doubles = right angles
      • Jaggies = outliers in otherwise straight lines
      • Different styles possible: none, coloured, with value changes, thick, broken etc

      • Make sure to remember that different hues also have different values
        • Yellow is lighter than blue
      • Values to get that 3D effect
      • Use saturation to your advantage: focal points
      • Pillow Shading
      • Cold & Warm colours depends on context around them
      • Hue shiftig: shadow and light also comes with different hues
      • smaller palette less noisy
      • Dithering: Create midtone through patterns in a limited palette
      • Anti-aliasing: midcolours soften shapes (internal and/or external)

  • Canvas size

    • Make the same drawing in multiple sizes to see what features you absolutely need to make a character recognizable
